Dowe & Wagner has provided great service for me for 30 years. Recently Mike serviced my boiler and furnaces. He was professional, friendly and thorough.
When it became clear that our AC unit was struggling during the current heat wave, we called Dowe & Wagner Heating and Cooling and were very pleased that they were able to schedule a repair visit within 24 hours. Rich Hanson, the technician who evaluated our air conditioning system, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, explained what had happened to our unit and what was needed to fix it, and provided a detailed materials and labor estimate. After we authorized the service, Rich made the necessary repairs – and our house is now cooling perfectly!
I had Dowe and Wagner come out to check my 16yr old furnace, after their Tech showed me the problem and provided me the cost to repair it was best to just replace it, Mark, salesmen, came out, and that day provided me with 4 really great prices, I was pleased that I purchased a new furnace, I’m really glad I hooked up with Dowe & Wagner, Jason installed my furnace, was clean, professional and just an all out great guy, great attitude and great Tech, I was happy all around with this company, I will purchase their service plan and attend to use them from this day forward!!!
We have had a couple of different people out to our house from Dowe and Wagner for various reasons, the latest being the installation of a new AC unit. As always, we have had an incredible experience. I appreciate the transparency of costs, and the guidance to making our buying decision. Mark helped us choose a unit that would suit our needs, and Ted and Jason saw to our installation. Ted worked hard to have as much done by the time Jason arrived with the unit. We would definitely have him come back to our home. Dowe & Wagner service technicians have been to our home at least twice a year, for years. Always professional and knowing their job to the ‘T’.
