Safety & Efficiency Agreements
We offer annual Safety & Efficiency Agreements at a lower cost than our regular service rates. Here are the plans we offer:
• Silver Plan: Maintenance only (This would include one service call in the spring for your air conditioner and/or one service call in the fall for your furnace and humidifier.). This plan also entitles you to 10% discount on most parts.
• Gold Plan: Equipment maintenance and 1 year coverage on parts & labor. This plan is available on pre-approved equipment only. (This would include one service call in the spring for your air conditioner and/or one service call in the fall for your furnace and humidifier. You are also entitled to any service calls that would be necessary during the year--most parts & labor.)
Parts that are NOT covered by either plan would include the heat exchanger on the furnace and the compressor on the air conditioner. |
Equipment Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance of your equipment offers eight key customer benefits:

Safety & Efficiency Agreements maintain the highest energy efficiency and enhances life expectancy. Trained technicians know when and what components need lubrication. They also know the proper cleaning procedures for all components.
4) Saves money on needed repairs
The agreement covers most small repairs, with no extra labor costs involved. Our safety & efficiency agreements also offer a 10% discount for repair parts that are not covered under the equipment's original warranty.

In times of high service demand, safety & efficiency customers always rank above any new customer for their service needs.
6) Service from experienced technicians
Our factory trained serviced technicians have the proper tools and instruments to test, calibrate and repair equipment, and they have immediate access to replacement parts.

Safety & Efficiency Agreements maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair for better equipment management and warranty protection.
